Conditions of sale

The owner of the webshop www.easyfit.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is Easyfit Insulation OÜ (registered office 14764288), located at Vana-Anepalu, 75320 Aruvalla, Harjumaa.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to delivery charges. All the prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.
The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.
Information about the goods is provided directly with the goods on the Online Shop.

ORDER FORMATION
To order, you must add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method.
The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:
Estonian bank links. Pangalingiga tasumisel vajutada kindlasti panga lehel nupule „Tagasi kaupmehe juurde“.
The payments are brokered by Montonio Finance. Payments are made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payments by bank transfer, in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force as from the date of receipt of the amount due in the current account of the Webshop.
The owner of the Webshop is the controller of the personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for the execution of the payments to the processor Montonio Finance.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

SHIPPING
Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia
The buyer has the following options for picking up the goods: courier, pick up the goods myself.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will take place within 7 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days is granted.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of cancellation does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
14-In order to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted, which can be done here, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The reason for the return and the invoice number must be included in the declaration.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

RIGHT OF RIGHT OF APPLICATION
The online shop is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to one year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During this first six months after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Webshop to rebut this presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the Webshop within two months at the latest in the event of a defect, by sending an e-mail or by calling the contact details below.
The Webshop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is liable, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will refund the buyer all the fees paid under the sales contract.
The Webshop will respond to the complaint lodged by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

DIRECT SELLING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop will transfer personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online shop will only send newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address if the purchaser has expressed his/her wish to receive such newsletters and offers by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and by indicating his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by informing us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS
If the purchaser has a complaint about the Online Shop, it should be sent by e-mail or by calling the contact details below.
If the purchaser and the Online Shop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the purchaser can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and apply here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
The buyer can refer to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
